Certified Pre Owned with damage I recently drove a long distance to purchase a CPO Lexus from this dealership and, after the transaction, noticed that the center console was cracked I recently drove a long distance to purchase a CPO Lexus from this dealership and, after the transaction, noticed that the center console was cracked across its entire width. I pointed this out to the sales rep who advised me that nothing could be done and that I must pay for the repair out of my own pocket. This damage was not covered by the CPO warranty. A manager was to speak to me, but never did. I cancelled the purchase and got my check back. The dealership is obviously going to sell this damaged vehicle to someone else who might not notice the defect. I was disappointed in both the quality of the product, and the quality of the service.
