So you will have to register the car yourself...wait in line etc. Other dealers will take better care of you. More

My daughter wanted leather seats and the salesman at Germain s My daughter purchased a used Chrysler Town & Country van from this dealership in 2013. My daughter wanted leather seats and the salesman at Germain said they could have the seats covered. She was a single mother with four small sons, they couldn't ride in the front due to their age and weight. After the front seat began to be used she noticed a problem with the seatbelt light, she had it checked and it wasn't hooked up under the seat properly. She contacted Germain and they said it wasn't their problem as they had subcontracted they work out to another company. She took it in to that company and the tech admitted it was their fault but couldn't get it fixed. Germain was supposed to call her back 2 weeks ago as they were going to look into it. She paid Germain for the upgrade,she did not select the subcontractor. She now has a vehicle that no one can ride in the passenger seat. They took the money, it should be their problem, they should deal with the subcontractor not my daughter. More

Overall Great Experience with BJ Harris & Team Germain I read the three reviews PRIOR to the one I am writing now and can only echo the sentiments of the other reviews. Called BJ and explained that my wif I read the three reviews PRIOR to the one I am writing now and can only echo the sentiments of the other reviews. Called BJ and explained that my wife and I were looking for a pre-owned, low mileage ES350. We had visited two Cincinnati area dealerships and couldn't find the exact model we were looking for. I decided to widen my geographic search online which brought my attention to two different vehicles at Germain Lexus in Dublin. I called to check availability and spoke briefly to BJ about our needs. When we arrived, BJ already had the two vehicles we had inquired about right out front, ready to roll for a test drive. We found what we wanted, it was priced right and we had our deal written up promptly. BJ is a professional; he valued our time (and we valued his). We were also greeted by Kyle Schuchter, the Sales Manager and Clint Boyd, the Finance Manager. All were very friendly, very easy to work with. In closing, yes we drove over 100 miles to have our automotive needs met. But those needs for a pre-owned, low mileage and fairly priced car were met completely, fairly and without regret. Sold me a CPO Lexus without telling me about the accident Purchased a 2015 CPO Lexus, Carfax clean (provided by the dealership). When I brought the vehicle in for service, I requested the service history Purchased a 2015 CPO Lexus, Carfax clean (provided by the dealership). When I brought the vehicle in for service, I requested the service history and saw that my vehicle was at Germain collison for a repair. I asked the salesman and he told me it was just a bumper refinish. I noticed two claim numbers on the service history. I requested Germain collison to send me the paperwork on the repair. Fortunately they got me the service paperwork but unfortunately I found that my car had over $7,000 body shop work done prior to my purchase. I am noticing the aftermath, I've already brought the car in once for service for a fuse replacement. I just found out the A/C doesn't work. I bought this car with only 2,000 miles! I find it hard to believe no one knew about this repair, Germain Collision failed to report it to Carfax, plus it was one of their loaners prior. Meaning they owned the vehicle and very much knew its history. More
