Steve Brown was a very nice sales guy. He wasn't pushy like you find at other car dealerships. He listened to what I was wanting in a vehicle and explained everything about the car and every step in the b like you find at other car dealerships. We went to Hatfield Kia on the notion of checking out the Kia Soul and maybe doing a test drive only to end up buying a vehicle and have an awesome experience. That impressed us both right out of the gate which made us feel comfortable and the process from then on was the easiest we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle ever. Tim's personality and non-pressure salesmanship as well as attention to detail is bar none. He never once tried to force us into anything we didn't feel comfortable with, made sure our needs were met and was always willing to work with us at every level. Even when we returned to have our bug shield and visors added, he scheduled the time for us, spoke to Service in detail of our visit for us, checked in periodically and confirmed the process was completed appropriately.
