The following team members were outstanding from the time I walked into the door and until I left with my car. The team consisted of Gerald Curtis, Rick Neutzling, Vince Miller, and Katie Rohr. They quoted me a price and it remained the same through out the purchase process. There were no attempts at a price change or pressure to get other packages after committing to buy a car. Other dealers use the tactics that there was an oversight, and the price is more after they get you hooked on a car. No other Hyundai dealer could or would match Hatfield quote on the same car. Hatfield did not have the color and model that I wanted. They worked with another dealer to get the exact car that I wanted and everything went like clock work. Each member took their time to explain their process and answer all questions with a very friendly and professional attitude. In the door and out the door with a new car was a great experience!!! But the staff at Hatfield Hyundai were very easy to deal with, they were not pushy, did not corner me into a sell and were very considerate to my needs and situation.
