Why I choose Hyundai This is the third Hyundai I've leased in the last 8 years. Two Sonatas and now the SantaFe Sport. There is a three year period in which I did not lease from Hyundai, and I regret it. Each Hyundai was leased from the same dealer and same sales staff member. The reason I returned to Hyundai was because of the quality, fit and finish, reliability, and excellent staff, Vince Miller. I always call ahead to make sure he is available. He has always exceeded my expectations. He is always a pleasure to work with and makes the experience so different from what one would normally anticipate when walking into a dealership. I sincerely hope he is around in three years as we will definitely buy, not lease. More

Santa Fe purchase I had visited a number of dealerships looking to buy a new car, and visited Hatfield Hyndai to look at Santa Fes. The salesperson there, Dee, was fan I had visited a number of dealerships looking to buy a new car, and visited Hatfield Hyndai to look at Santa Fes. The salesperson there, Dee, was fantastic. No pressure, showed me whatever I wanted, including other models (and other dealerships) that would have lost him a sale. He seemed sincere in wanting to help me find the right car for my needs, even if it wasn't at Hatfield. I came back the next day to buy a Santa Fe from him. His service was outstanding, and he stayed late to make sure the car was programmed and I had everything I needed before I left the lot. I hate the whole car buying experience (right down there with dentists) but he made the whole experience tolerable and fun. Others there were good too, but Dee was great. More
