Every time I come here I have a bad experience. Land that used to be the dealership. Then I wait 3 hours at the dealership for a simple recall CPU update only for them to tell me “sorry, we don’t have the part. We’ll call you when it’s in.” Literally 3 months later not a call. More

Recently had 2nd complimentary oil change service on 2020 Santa Fe (bought new 12/1/20), for the second time, had to remove approximately 1 qt of overfill, also 5w-30 was indicated on invoice when manual rec Santa Fe (bought new 12/1/20), for the second time, had to remove approximately 1 qt of overfill, also 5w-30 was indicated on invoice when manual recommends to use 5w-20. Also, refill oil was spilled and a half hearted wipe or two was spread across the engine cover! In addition to crawling underneath to remove the overfill, to my surprise, I notice the undercarriage oil filter cover/panel is missing (not replaced)! I hope to have the undercarriage panel replaced when I return for next complimentary service. I realized it's not a mechanical need, but I would guess it helps to maintain engine temperatures, engine bay cleanliness and keeps critters from crawling up into the engine bay during cold weather.... I perform maintenance on my wife's and daughter's and son's vehicles to avoid the labor costs and small errors as described.. and I may be a little meticulous, but regular maintenance can prevent higher cost repairs down the road! I was hoping complimentary services would at least save me from crawling under at least this one vehicle in my family. Tires were rotated fine. More

My son took his car there after the motor went out but it was luckily under a recall. They replaced the motor and said it was ready to be picked up but the air bag light was on and there was a clunking in th was luckily under a recall. They replaced the motor and said it was ready to be picked up but the air bag light was on and there was a clunking in the steering wheel. None of this was happening before the car just stopped. Of course this was not covered under any warranty. My son's wife brought the car home and my husband (retired mechanic) helped him look into the issues. First there was a bolt missing from the steering column which was odd. Then when trying to replace the steering coupler there were some additional anomalies. There was a bolt missing from the steering column to mount it to the rack & pinion allowing it to just fall off. Further examination, the airbag wire and the clock spring was hanging down and not attached. The device they attach to the wires was missing. Now some of the items like not having original parts and being from a different model perhaps was something that transpired prior to their purchase (four years ago). But the missing bolts and clock spring is very suspicious. Not sure what happened in between the time got towed by AAA and when it was picked up but something is definitely not right! More

I found Germain Hyundai's prices to be better than competitive and their staff friendly, understanding, courteous, and overall helpful in getting me in the vehicle I wanted. There was even a minor iss competitive and their staff friendly, understanding, courteous, and overall helpful in getting me in the vehicle I wanted. There was even a minor issue on their end with the price they quoted being lower than they had intended, but they owned up to their mistake and gave me the mistake price in good faith. My sales rep, Brandon Smith, was especially friendly and a real joy to interact with, from our initial phone calls, to a friendly chat during our test drive, to ensuring I knew all the features of the vehicle I eventually chose. I will go out of my way to consider Germain again for all my vehicle needs in the future. For an auto dealer, they are honest, fair, and had my best interest in mind from start to finish... and I'm absolutely, most definitely, a hard sell in that regard. More
Dedicated salesman! After shopping for an SUV all day we changed our minds and went looking for a car. We ended up back at Hatfield and was greeted almost immediately by Nate. He listened to our wants and needs and gave us multiple options. We would test drive one car and by the time we got back he would have another one lined up for us. He knew we were somewhat undecided and was very patient and understanding. He really helped us narrow down the options and find the best one. But after shopping all day I didn't want to make a huge decision while extremely fatigued and hungry so they offered to let us test drive it overnight. We returned the next evening to buy it. Nate was excellent and did everything he could to help us. I really appreciate all his hard work. One negative thing I would say is that the time for the financing/titling was rather long and the car was not as clean as I would have liked it. I went home and cleaned it much more thoroughly than the "detailer" did. There was tree sap all over the car, they really should cut those trees down! More
