I asked if they could hold the vehicle until I was off later in week, no problem, Vince the salesman was very helpful and didn't rush the process. I didn't feel like another Commission he had to get for the day. I traded in my old car and forgot to take out an item, Vince called me hours later and said he will hold the item for me to come and pick up later.
