Brand new to the area and to this Honda dealership. Made an appointment for Tuesday, February 2nd, for an oil and filter change. My service tech, Larry Orris, was very cordial, knowledgeable and explained an appointment for Tuesday, February 2nd, for an oil and filter change. My service tech, Larry Orris, was very cordial, knowledgeable and explained to me everything in detail as test showed that there were a couple of items besides the oil and filter change that needed to be addressed. These items were taken care of in a timely manner. I had a good experience and will return again when needed. Very pleased with this dealership and its staff. More

If there were a zero I would give that. Nate in service is a jerk, very condescending to women. Had an appointment and after being there an hour and twenty minutes he decided to tell me that my car had not is a jerk, very condescending to women. He acted so surprised when I said bring it out of the shop now. Seriously this is not the first time I have been done this way, horrible service. More
I moved here from Illinois almost 2 years ago. I have been to Surprise Honda 5 times since due to my Honda Fit getting no less than 4 nails in tires due to house construction. Pain in the butt! But each been to Surprise Honda 5 times since due to my Honda Fit getting no less than 4 nails in tires due to house construction. Pain in the butt! But each time my service has been exceptional! The dealership itself is clean & comfortable & the customer service awesome! I’ve also been there for routine maintenance & never felt pressured to get anything done I didn’t want to. I will be back! RIP OFF! My 18 yr son came into the service dept with his honda because check engine light came on and it was stalling. He also needed an alignment. They conned him into a lifetime alignment that was $300 an honda because check engine light came on and it was stalling. He also needed an alignment. They conned him into a lifetime alignment that was $300 and didn't fix the problem with the stalling. Instead them replaced a part that didn't need to be repaired and didn't solve the problem. He has spent over $1000 for nothing. We took it to another shop and had it fix properly and much cheaper. We will never use that dealership again. More
