I moved here from Illinois almost 2 years ago. I have been to Surprise Honda 5 times since due to my Honda Fit getting no less than 4 nails in tires due to house construction. Pain in the butt! But each been to Surprise Honda 5 times since due to my Honda Fit getting no less than 4 nails in tires due to house construction. Pain in the butt! But each time my service has been exceptional! The dealership itself is clean & comfortable & the customer service awesome! I’ve also been there for routine maintenance & never felt pressured to get anything done I didn’t want to. I will be back! More
RIP OFF! My 18 yr son came into the service dept with his honda because check engine light came on and it was stalling. He also needed an alignment. They conned him into a lifetime alignment that was $300 an honda because check engine light came on and it was stalling. He also needed an alignment. They conned him into a lifetime alignment that was $300 and didn't fix the problem with the stalling. Instead them replaced a part that didn't need to be repaired and didn't solve the problem. He has spent over $1000 for nothing. We took it to another shop and had it fix properly and much cheaper. We will never use that dealership again. More

Did a chat on Sun. Two days later no call back. I was stuck at the house due to a dead battery. Had to get a jump start. I had purchased a Honda 100 month battery and it was only 4 years old, so i I was stuck at the house due to a dead battery. Had to get a jump start. I had purchased a Honda 100 month battery and it was only 4 years old, so it should be under warranty. I was trying to find out the pro-rate charge. I was told by the chat woman that she would have service call me. As of late afternoon Tues. no one had called me back. I called Tues. afternoon to check on why I hadn't received a call back and was put through to the service line only to be on hold and to leave a message. Terrible customer service!! Don't go here. What's so sad is that when they first opened, and the only time I had been there, they were very nice and courteous and even had donuts and coffee out. That will not be bringing me back. I might just go for the donuts and coffee if in the area and skip the service dept. More

We showed up to the dealership and gave the service advisor the paperwork and he said it would be taken care of. An hour later the service advisor came to us and said he could not warranty the battery because it was out of warranty even though the battery was put in in 2015. The warranty manual even says after the factory warranty that there is to be a prorated discount depending on how long it has been for a replacement battery. Very poor customer service and would not recommend this dealership for anything. We thought about looking at trading in our car for a new one but not at Surprise Honda . Definitely a different Honda dealership . More
Outstanding, cost effective, timely service Based on web research, I chose Surprise Honda Service to prepare my 2006 Accord w/160K miles for gifting to my granddaughter. My interest was to ins Based on web research, I chose Surprise Honda Service to prepare my 2006 Accord w/160K miles for gifting to my granddaughter. My interest was to insure that the car was safe and reliable. I made use of the dealer's website and made the service appointment and was assigned a Service Adviser. I met with Adviser Rob Chandra and he was great. He took the time to discuss with me my interests and concerns, reviewed the service history, and made recommendations and identified priorities in getting the car serviced. Rob made me feel that I was fully in charge and did not pressure me in any way. I appreciated his shared concern in effectively and efficiently servicing the car. We agreed on a written plan and the estimated cost. Although quite a bit of work needed to be done, the car was ready for pickup the next day and the costs were well under the estimate. I was surprised that Rob provided a no-cost, detailed cleaning and the car not only ran great, but looked great, upon delivery. I now feel very comfortable in giving this car to my granddaughter, as it will be a solid ride for her in her senior year at NAU, and for several more years after that. Additionally, I appreciate Rob taking a personal interest in my needs. He identified that I would need a replacement vehicle, and kindly referred me to John Cockwell, the Senior Sales Officer. I found John to also be a "kindred spirit," and about 90-minutes later, I left Surprise Honda with an off-lease Certified 2014 Accord with less than 50K miles. The car is in amazing condition at an equally amazing price, and a great guarantee, and I am most pleased with it. All in all, a service/sales experience that exceeded all my expectations. More
