We most certainly owe you an apology for the excessive waiting time in service and the negative perception our service advisor/department left you with. Coming to you with “hat in hand” I hope you can find your way to forgive us and give us a second chance. We experienced a series of unusual and unforeseen events (unplanned emergency repairs, short staff, parts delivery issues resulting in vehicles not being finished as anticipated) that ultimately led to our unsatisfactory performance. I’m sure you don’t want to hear excuses, we should have done better for you and we didn’t. If you would be willing to give us a chance to make things right with you, we can demonstrate to you that we are very capable of doing an excellent job.

Hello, Thank you for giving us an opportunity to respond. As you know we only dealt with your son Dallas and everything we did is in writing. We certainly did not charge him for nothing. Your son needed an alignment, but he did not have to get it done. He chose to have it done. We charge $169.00 for an alignment or $299.95 for lifetime alignments, so it is actually a huge bargain for anyone that wants to properly maintain their vehicle. This is optional, and your son chose this route. Your son's vehicle had multiple issues as you noted including a check engine signal and transmission issues… His car was low on oil and had a faulty sensor… We changed and filled fluids including oil and replaced faulty sensor. We checked transmission fluids and tried to lubricate all areas to help with the shifting concerns. We road-tested the vehicle and all problems were handled except for the shifting which would require further diagnosis and transmission repair or replacement.. Your son declined that option. We only do the work that is authorized by the customer. We are glad to hear you believe the car is permanently fixed. We repaired all items that were authorized on the estimate. We are sorry that you feel so poorly about us and certainly wish you the best going forward. Thanks, Michael Cook, General Manager
