Brand new to the area and to this Honda dealership. Made an appointment for Tuesday, February 2nd, for an oil and filter change. My service tech, Larry Orris, was very cordial, knowledgeable and explained an appointment for Tuesday, February 2nd, for an oil and filter change. My service tech, Larry Orris, was very cordial, knowledgeable and explained to me everything in detail as test showed that there were a couple of items besides the oil and filter change that needed to be addressed.
