So when I went to pay and was given I high price, I asked the rep Nathan if he could honor a competitor offer, he said no right away and tried to use an excuse as to why it wasn't valid (he was incorrect but I chose not to argue)...I showed him a second price/special of another dealership and he finally relented, although doing so begrudgingly. To make matters worst, he didn't even go over what recommended services the vehicle needed, for which I would have schedule one if not a few of them. I ended up getting my alignment done elsewhere the same day (that was an item on the list they provided but didn’t go over). I am now considering where to do future maintenance for my (2) Honda cars. More

Since I can't seem to change my last review of 1 star and customer service complaint, I'll write an update review. David McKee got involved after my negative review and has been working with me on the issue. customer service complaint, I'll write an update review. David McKee got involved after my negative review and has been working with me on the issue. David and his team have been trying to diagnose the AC problem but unfortunately the issue still exists. I will be bringing car back so they can contact Honda for further advisement on the AC issue. This new 5 star review is based off of their excellent customer service response regarding my AC issue , going above and beyond to assist me and hopefully will find a solution to the issue. Levi service writer & Martin shop foreman have also been great to work with on this issue. I would recommend this dealer due to their show of caring for their customer. I have confidence they will find the issue and will be resolved eventually. Hopefully the other 1 star reviews can be helped so we can get this dealer back to 5 stars. I will follow up with another review once my issues have been resolved. More
I had a great experience buying my Honda, however the service dept has been terrible. After reading these reviews my experience is very similar. I made an appt with the service dept and when I showed u service dept has been terrible. After reading these reviews my experience is very similar. I made an appt with the service dept and when I showed up for the appt. I was told by the service advisor that there wasn't an appt scheduled. I asked if anything could be done and was told "come back Thursday". Great advice, I think I'll relay the message to my boss when I need to take off more time to take my vehicle to another Honda servicer. More
Great dealership bad service writers, I bought 2 vehicles here and it was a great experience, however the service writers never have your best interest, I get it they’re there to make money. Twice now I have had issues with the service department here. The latest one being this last week that the battery in my car right now it was only two years old. I called and check to see if it was still under warranty and they said yes the battery was under two years old just bring the car in and they would place the battery. So I got there and the guy that was supposed to help me was busy with someone else so another guy help me pull up the information on the computer and he said that the battery was only two years old however it was a replacement for a previous Honda battery that went bad so he told me that it wasn’t replaceable That the warranty was no good because it was a replacement for the previous Honda battery that went out. However, even though the battery itself had a three-year warranty, he refused to acknowledge that and cover it and I said OK, but would you prorate it then since the battery’s not even three years old yet, it barely was just two years old and the battery was so bad that it was smoking and leaking. he said no it was going to be a new battery full price even explain to him that the guy on the phone looked it up and even said it was covered still he absolutely said nope. It absolutely is not. I totally am fine. I’m gonna go to AutoZone and buy my battery there then got to AutoZone and went in. They came out they replaced it. The battery was smoking and hot and the lady said that I’m lucky the battery did not blow up between there and here is the thing is I bought two cars there I’ve been happy with them but the service department always let you down actually wanting to buy a Honda Odyssey but I absolutely will not be going there to buy it. I’ve had a good experience with the sales team, but the service department has ruined it for me for the second time with them . More
