FINALLY A "HONEST DEALERSHIP"! It is very refreshing to find a dealership as Surprise Honda who tells you the TRUTH. I have purchased vehicles from another Honda dealership from on Bell Rd in Peoria and have told BS to sell a car to having repairs done that didn't need to...here at Surprise Honda that doesn't happen...I purchased a new Odyssey back in October, was given the facts up front, no BS from the sales rep nor from the finance department, they where all straight forward. I also had dealings with there service department to have my Civic as well as the Odyssey serviced..."OUTSTANDING" they explain everything, also give you options if available and they also understand that we all aren't all loaded with money. NO HARD SELLS GREAT WAITING AREA! I had to go to Surprise Honda because my 16 year old CRV's after market alarm system was randomly engaging. David from the service department agreed I had to go to Surprise Honda because my 16 year old CRV's after market alarm system was randomly engaging. David from the service department agreed with me the best (and cheapest) thing to do was to simply disable it. He quoted me a half hour of labor for the job. The job took slightly longer because of the way it is integrated. There was no addition charge. When he reviewed what the mechanics found wrong on my CRV and noted I had some liquids leaking slightly he did NOT try to up-sell repairs (It's 16 years old!) Another dealer after an oil change six months ago tried to talk me into $9000 in repairs. The facility was brand new and very nice inside since they just opened. I will be coming back here for servicing on all my Hondas and to buy my next Honda. (It IS 16 years old!) More
