Robert was absolutely amazing and on his "A" game. He beat his quoted service time by an hour and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Service writer gets an Excellent. My only complaints (if it rises to even that level) are the car was returned with grease on the front bumper (which the service person was able to My only complaints (if it rises to even that level) are the car was returned with grease on the front bumper (which the service person was able to remove, but should not be her job). Someone in the shop should at least walk around the vehicle before it is presented back to the customer. There was over $800 of service recommendations from the shop. Upon research, virtually all of these were recommended by Honda at or over 30,000 miles. My vehicle has a bit less than 22,000 miles on it. Again, not the service departments job. Technicians need to make the timing more clear, OR, the form for the client could be more clear as to urgency. More
