I have a 2007 Ridgeline with rust issues. A recall was issued a couple years ago by Honda to owners to have the vehicle checked out and repaired by a local dealer. I called today Aug 1 at 9am to ask for help. The person on the service phone kept interrupting me, not listening to my questions, and telling me over and over again that I have to wait for a HONDAA CORP letter stating when the parts would be available for the recall. Its been years so I know the parts are available for order but this person did not want to give me an appointment and hung up on me. WOW, very POOR. I called the Estero dealer who was very glad to assist and offered an appointment immediately. WOW. Very good. Instead of 10 miles I now have to go 25 miles for service. More
I had my recently purchased Honda CRV in for service and Landon Bates from the service department was the person who assisted me. He was very polite, knowledgeable, professional and kept me informed of the Landon Bates from the service department was the person who assisted me. My 1 Star rating is based on my overall experience with Germain Honda's Service Department. It is not a reflection on the last service advisor, Josue Quintanilla. Josue was very helpful. A year ago the service department was great, but something has changed at Germain Honda. The overall quality of service has plummeted. And this is not an isolated experience. My last four visits to Germain Honda's Service Department have been terrible. We've purchased only Honda automobiles since 1995. But Germain Honda's Service Department has changed this. Our next car will not be a Honda! More

Josue Quintanilla was my service advisor and he was excellent. It turned out he was working around the software outage issue and he did his best. The work performed seems fine. The dealership might excellent. It turned out he was working around the software outage issue and he did his best. The work performed seems fine. The dealership might have gotten 5 stars except for the nationwide software issue. It delayed my service time and I received no reports as the computer system was down. The dealer should have a simplified backup system to perform some necessary functions when the main system goes down. More
