WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE WE HAD WITH SEREF, ESPECIALLY SINCE WE HAD ALREADY MADE UP OUR MINDS NEVER TO PURCHASE ANOTHER AUTOMOBILE FROM HONDA BECAUSE OF THE BAD EXPERIENCE WE HAD PURCHASING OUR 2007 HONDA THERE 2 YEARS AGO THROUGH ANOTHER SALESMAN (WHO IS NO LONGER WORKING THERE, AND WE KNOW WHY). NEVER BEFORE HAVE WE DEALT WITH A SALES/CONSULTANT EXPERT LIKE SEREF. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, CARING AND VERY, VERY PATIENT. WE NEVER FELT RUSHED OR PUSHED TO MAKE A DECISION, NO HIGH-PRESSURE TACTICS. GERMAIN NAPLES HONDA SHOULD HAVE SEREF TEACH ALL CAR DEALERSHIPS HOW TO HANDLE PROSPECTIVE BUYERS. Was there visiting and using my Brother-in-Law's car that he leaves at a vacation home. Lee Glesmer helped us with a complicated repair on our brand new Honda CR-V. He secured another vehicle for us while ours was being fixed (at no expense to us.) Lee Glesmer was fantastic. He took our Honda CR-V and had the service people check for transmission noise. He was great with setting up an appointment and being on time and professional. Lee arranged for us to have a loaner car for the day that the service was completed. He contacted us with updates and always addressed my wife and I as, Mr. and Mrs. Cavalieri. This was done after knowing we were from out of state and would not be a follow -up customer. He got us coffee and talked to us about the service,and suggested follow-up procedures with our Honda dealer back in Michigan. I established a feeling of confidence with the entire dealership because of our association and communication with Lee. He is indeed a master in his position and a valuable asset for Germain Honda in Naples, Florida. My wife and I left saying that we had never had such excellent service and professional attention at any dealership anywhere we had ever been that can compare to our experience there. Please give them a try and I can assure you of a pleasant environment along with excellent service. More
George provided great service as well as being extremely personable. Quite frankly, I can't say that I've always had the most pleasurable experience at car dealerships. I've had more than a few horrible experiences with other dealers in the past and it was nice to lea and their customer service here was outstanding. I purchased a used 2009 Honda accord coupe about two months ago that had almost 16,000 miles on it and maybe put 3,000 miles on it since the purchase and noticed my back tires were making a screeching n months ago that had almost 16,000 miles on it and maybe put 3,000 miles on it since the purchase and noticed my back tires were making a screeching noise come to find out that I already needed to spend $200 on new back brake pads. I was upset considering I just bought the car that was supposed to have gone threw a certified inspection before being put out on the lot. Lee Glesmer was sure to take care of my concern and make sure it was covered the correct way. I in the end did not end up spending a dime. Germain has a huge reputation in SW Florida and was greatly concerned about my service that turned out better than i expected. Thank you again! More

It can be stressful when there is something wrong with one's primary means of transportation: George immediately attends to our vehicle and gets it back to us the same day, cleaned and in perfect working order. The level of service provided exceeds our expectations every time--to find a Service Advisor that you can trust is an added bonus. We would not go anywhere else! More
