Hello! It never ceases to amaze me that Seref Denizeri walks into our path just at the right time. He has been our friend and salesperson for some time now and always has our best interest at heart. My husband and I had our cars in for an oil change and as we were waiting, Seref came into the waiting area for some coffee. At that time, he walked over to say hello to us and asked us why we were there. He smiled and said, let's talk, I think we can do that trade now on my civic. I said, REALLY, totally was not expecting that! So guess what! I'm in a new 2013 Civic; just like that! But, not only that! Seref traded out my husband's FIT for a 2013 Civic also! He did his magic and as always; it all worked out for the best! So, thank you Seref for your honesty, integrity and your GOLD status!!! We appreciate you! More
Over the last 2-3 weeks I've had problems with my Honda Accord a/c system e.g. freon leak and replacement of the heat motor. In the course of diagnosing and ultimately solving the problem Lee Glesme Honda Accord a/c system e.g. freon leak and replacement of the heat motor. In the course of diagnosing and ultimately solving the problem Lee Glesmer and his technician Larry were very polite, patient and professional in their efforts to alieve my frustration {since I had to return the car to the service more than once}. As a matter of fact they made it a pleasant experience with the hot coffee and free car washes! I can testify with some perspective since I've been a Germain Honda of Naples customer for over 20 years. I'm hopeful you'll give recognition to Lee's excellent customer service performance. Thanks. I needed service after a long drive. Easy to find from phone. Called and came over. Mr. Landestoy is Very friendly and business oriented. I was so surprised when I went to get into my car and it was beautifully wash . The tires were even dressed!! The man that washed the car is a keeper. Lets not forget about Anthony too! Spoke to tim in used car sales.. very easy to deal with and talk to.. no pressure... Purchased a 2011 civic blue... Spoke to tim about a shake in the wheel and he said it will be taken car of.... when i we and talk to.. no pressure... Purchased a 2011 civic blue... Service: George Donovan Spoke to george about the issue he said not a problem we will take care of it.. after the car was fixed i asked him what the charge would be to have just the front rotors cut since there was a pulsation from the wheel when i hit the brakes.. he asked when i got the car and i told him...10 minutes later he says have a seat...next thing i know the car is being driven back into the shop. he said i got you covered... When i got the car back i drove home to cape coral never looking at the car, when i got home i got out and looked and this guy got the front and the rear rotors cut and they put new pads on it as well. WAY more then expected and very pleased as well. This is the ONLY dealership i would recommend, ive worked the industry for 20 plus years and never have i gotten service like this nore have i ever seen a service writer take care of a customer like this.. Best part they did NOT owe me anything and was charged Nothing.. Bob Kennedy-Edwards: I wanted you to know that whatever you are doing in your dealership.... We are loyal Honda owners. It is comforting to leave our Hondas with Lee Glesmer in the Service Dept. who is friendly and explains thoroughly what work is necessary and what is not needed. Every time that I have had one of our Hondas serviced, Lee has gone above and beyond to make the visit as pleasant and convenient as possible. I was convinced to take a costly service contract. On my first visit they took two hours to do an oil change when I asked to cancel he contract which would have meant 36 months of terrible service I was ass first visit they took two hours to do an oil change when I asked to cancel he contract which would have meant 36 months of terrible service I was assured it wold be done. However hey never cancelled the contract and after he fact hey said I would have to pay the up charge monthly anyway and get an end of contract rebate. All of his was undisclosed . An amateur rep named Peter stated, well you agreed to the contract. Ps if yu call them stay on the line because the will never call ou back. The matter is unresolved. Do not take the service contract they are terrible. More
