I have been with Germain for going on 25 years and their service is the best I’ve ever experienced. Albert Checo is one of the best service advisors I have had. I was having AC issues with my Acura MDX. I took it to Germain Honda and Jim Walgreen was the service writer that helped me. I called today Aug 1 at 9am to ask for help. The person on the service phone kept interrupting me, not listening to my questions, and telling me over and over again that I have to wait for a HONDAA CORP letter stating when the parts would be available for the recall. Its been years so I know the parts are available for order but this person did not want to give me an appointment and hung up on me. WOW, very POOR. I called the Estero dealer who was very glad to assist and offered an appointment immediately. WOW. Very good. Instead of 10 miles I now have to go 25 miles for service. More
