My visit on Tuesday, December 03, 2019 I have been to the Germain Honda dealership several times and have received very good service. My last visit was on Tuesday, December 03, 2019 whe I have been to the Germain Honda dealership several times and have received very good service. My last visit was on Tuesday, December 03, 2019 when Maria Lobos kindly assisted me. Her customer service skills are exemplary. Later Mr. Steve Hill kindly accompanied me to Mr. Claude Babineau; and I was also able to speak to the latter, who came out with me to the vehicle when it was ready, re-checked that all was in order and took the trouble to explain the technical aspects to me. That detailed explanation was indeed a great help; and I wonder, if in future (i.e. in order to save Mr. Claude some time during his busy schedule), one of the mechanics / technicians who actually attends to my vehicle on the day of my visit, might be permitted to come out and clarify technical questions I might have. Maria Lobos is indeed extremely talented in dealing with clients and arranging for remedial action. However it would also be welcomed, if the actual technician involved with the work on my vehicle during my visit, could please be allowed to come out and answer / clarify any questions I may have, once he has completed the work. Overall the dealership is very well run and your waiting hall for customers is impeccably maintained. While most of the ladies who answer the phones are clear and well-spoken, a couple of them could perhaps be requested to announce themselves / their names more clearly and articulate with greater clarity. This is not intended to be criticism; but is just a suggestion to enable the Germain dealership to maintain its high standards of perfectionist service. Karen and Collette have impeccable manners and are very professional in their manner of communication; and may hence prove to be effective trainers for those ladies who may need to improve their telephone answering skills. More

Excellent Service I was having a problem with the TPMS light and came into the dealership. I was greeted by a fantastic employee named Russell Sutton. He was able to quickly figure out what was happening. The previous owner had replaced a tire with a different brand. He immediately checked to see if they had the tire I needed in stock and YES they did. And I might add, at a very reasonable price. While my tire was being changed, I was in a beautiful waiting area, filled with goodies and drinks. Russell stopped by several times to let me know how things were going. About 45 minutes later Russell came in to tell me it was fixed, he went over everything on a sheet and brought me to the cashier and then escorted me to my car. I was in my car for five minutes or so getting ready to leave and Russell noticed I hadn't left yet and came out to the car to see if everything was okay. BTW, the car I brought in was not purchased at Germain Honda but a Mazda dealer in Fort Myers. Germain Honda of Naples is the Best and I highly recommend Russell as an adviser. More
