I took my Accord in for an oil change and yearly check. I let Marcus Seidman know that my washer fluid needed to be filled and he said that’s part of the service. As I was leaving I tried my washer to clea I let Marcus Seidman know that my washer fluid needed to be filled and he said that’s part of the service. As I was leaving I tried my washer to clean my windshield and there was no washer fluid. When I got home, Marcus had texted me to see if my experience was satisfactory. I responded about the washer fluid and Marcus texted back that there could be a leak or a clog in the system and he said to bring the car back and have it checked out. I took the car back 2 days later and the young man that checked me in checked the fluid and it was empty so he filled it and it’s been fine. More

From the time you pull in into the service department and are greeted by the porters and through the whole process the quality of service can be rated excellent. My service advisor David Doden did an excellent job explaining what was done to the vehicle.
