I have been having my Honda Civic serviced yearly at Germain Honda since 2016 and they are affordable and reliable. I will continue to go there and David is a pleasure to work with. Germain Honda is always my go-to place for service. The reason for the four stars is the day I went with an appointment around 7 Germain Honda is always my go-to place for service. The reason for the four stars is the day I went with an appointment around 7;30 I didn't get out of there until around 12:00 noon. I was having my 30,000 mile maintenance. I was very frustrated the service department was in total chaos! Never saw this before! On the other hand everyone in the service department was very nice....especially Adam Holguin my service manager that day. He was so sweet and understanding checking behind the scene on my car. Reassuring me it would be coming out soon. I guess they were having and extremely busy day that day. Anyway Adam was great I got to know him a little better an a couple of the other guys. By the end of my visit all was well my car is running like a top thanks to Austin yes I got to meet him as well. I will bring my Honda back and recommend Germain. Adam Holguin is a keeper! More
