The logistics of operation is extremely efficient. Starting when you first arrive a customer rep greets you and asked if you have an appointment. The service advisor will go over everything with you and ask if you are staying, if not they have your phone number to contact you. During your repairs you may be advised of additional work needed. After your car is repaired the service advisor will go over your repairs and then take you to the cashiers. In the time you are paying for services your car is being brought to you.
