Albert Checo was Absolutely AMAZING ! !! He understood my problem & arranged for it to be fixed in a Very Timely way. He also arranged for me to have a loaner car so I did not have to wai !! Made an appointment for express oil service. When I got there at the required time I was told that there was a 2 hr wait. This is not express.The porter that greeted me was not friendly at all. Came in and just asked if I had appointment said follow me and pointed to t h e floor and said "Wait here until I get back". After waiting a few minutes Jim Walgreen asked if he could help. He was very professional and got me started on getting my oil changed. The greeting by the porter was the worst. More
