My car battery died over the weekend, and I expected a long wait, but I was taken immediately, and Landon Bates informed me the dealership had no Honda Batteries but only NAPPA batteries, but they still h long wait, but I was taken immediately, and Landon Bates informed me the dealership had no Honda Batteries but only NAPPA batteries, but they still had a 3 year or 36,000-mile guarantee. He showed me to the waiting room and said he would keep me informed and he did.
