I typically have had very good experiences at Germaine Honda but Not today. I brought my car in today to have the brakes checked. The porter that came to my car barely greeted me and told me to follow him Honda but Not today. I brought my car in today to have the brakes checked. The porter that came to my car barely greeted me and told me to follow him. He told me to wait inside (where no one was behind their desks) and I stood and waited with another woman. Finally a service advisor came in and waited on the other woman and I still waited. Meanwhile people that came in after me were being helped by the service advisors outside. I said something and was then directed to Ameris outside. She told me it would take 2.5 hours possibly a little longer since I was leaving my car. At 2:00 I called Ameris who told me the car still had not been looked at and she would try to have it done today, but then asked if at all possible could I leave it another day. Since I rely on my car for work I said no. I called back roughly a half hour later and spoke with a service manager iwho told me that typically if someone leaves their car, they fit them in throughout the day. That was not communicated that to me at the beginning. The advisor said my car could be ready by 5:00 but as I told Ameris, I needed my car in the afternoon for an app’t. I requested that they just pull my car out front and I would pick it up without being worked on. As I shared earlier, I typically have better experiences at Germaine Honda, but today was not one of them. Respectfully I need to share that the porter who (barely) greeted me when I pulled my car in, needs to learn to greet people appropriately and communicate with customers and not just tell them to follow him. & I respectfully share that the service advisor I dealt with today needs a mentor to learn from to gain some experience. More
Arron Fairchild was very helpful and service was excellent but it took 3hours to have my oil/filter and 2 new tires installed.Time element should be addressed. The service I received last time was one of the best from Honda Company. Mr. Albert Checo is one of the best. Albert Checo was Absolutely AMAZING ! !! He understood my problem & arranged for it to be fixed in a Very Timely way. He also arranged for me to have a loaner car so I did not have to wai !! Made an appointment for express oil service. When I got there at the required time I was told that there was a 2 hr wait. This is not express.The porter that greeted me was not friendly at all. He was very professional and got me started on getting my oil changed. The greeting by the porter was the worst. More
