Today, 2-11-2019, Russell helped me by orienting my car in where it needed to be. He showed me where the waiting lounge was. After waiting for the service, Russel brought to my attention to what the car needed besides the airbag in the Multi-Point Inspection. He was very attentive and specifically described everything. Inexperienced salespeople, unethical sales experience Tried to buy a new and a used vehicle here on two separate occasions and got lied to about the cars, the pricing and the salespeople have no authority Tried to buy a new and a used vehicle here on two separate occasions and got lied to about the cars, the pricing and the salespeople have no authority to make pricing decisions or deals. The usual 1970's boiler room with the sales managers who are obnoxious, not customer-friendly and will xxxxx out your deal to the next person who comes along and offers $1 more and then say, oops, the car sold. One car was sold out from under me when I had already struck a deal with the salesperson. I don't blame the salespeople, just the rookie managers who run this dealer more like an eBay auction than a Germain-brand dealer. The sales department is a revolving door with the Island of Misfit Toys and the cars aren't properly reconditioned for sale -scratches and dings, armrests and consoles peeling off, bad tires and brakes, e.g. Trying to buy a car here makes you feel like an extra on a remake of the movie "Used Cars" with Kurt Russell. Avoid at all costs - there are no shortage of Honda dealers in Florida. More
