He called me as soon as the recall repair was performed, which instead was told earlier to me that it would take all day when I scheduled the appointment. It took less than 3 hrs. to complete. Marlo was patient in answering my questions on the dashboard, particularly the question about resetting (registering) my gas mileage every time I got fuel. He did an excellent job of explaining how my auto’s system works. I appreciated his efforts as this auto was new technology after owning a Subaru Forestor for 22 yrs.
