Mike Lovejoy and Adrain Pena were both helpful. I made three visits in order to get the problem corrected. Both were persistent in getting the problem resolved. When I arrived I was greeted promptly by a technician who directed me to my Service Advisor, Marko Clanak. He explained the options for the maintenance on my CRV and got the work started.
