Trent was keeping me informed of a car delivery progress, which was received within a promised period, and was a great help during the final progressions of getting my new car ready to take home; he also follow-up with questions and assistance the following days after sale. I was greeted by Soren García and he answered all my questions and concerns. After looking at the new vehicle inventory I decided on a vehicle and ordered it. The wait time was estimated at 6 weeks but it ended up being about 8. Throughout the wait, Soren kept in contact with me which made it easier to cope with the stress of waiting for my new vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle, Soren took the time to explain many of the features on the car. In a difficult time to buy a car, Soren was like a partner rather than a salesman which made the whole process easier.
