Logan Clark is a gem. When I got to the dealership for an oil change, Logan apologized and said they were very busy and would drive me home and pick me up later. I was prepared to spend 2 hours in the waiting room and then go on to doing chores in the area. Now my plan for the day was ruined and I started to complain about an ongoing problem I have with Honda. It feel strongly that when you pick up your car from the dealership after a repair, that it's a much better experience if the car is delivered clean and smelling good. I know I will get a coupon for cleaning but it's not the same as to at least see that something has been done. After waiting 2 hours for the car to take me home, Logan told me the car had been serviced and clean. He made my day! What a great employee! He should get a good bonus! Sandra Brennan More
