My car battery died over the weekend, and I expected a long wait, but I was taken immediately, and Landon Bates informed me the dealership had no Honda Batteries but only NAPPA batteries, but they still h long wait, but I was taken immediately, and Landon Bates informed me the dealership had no Honda Batteries but only NAPPA batteries, but they still had a 3 year or 36,000-mile guarantee. He showed me to the waiting room and said he would keep me informed and he did. When the car was ready, he explained that the car had also had a Mult-Point inspection and he reviewed it with me and then escorted me to the cashier. Landon was very courteous and professional throughout the experience. More

I vowed never to return to another Germain dealer after a very bad experience with Germain Toyota, but I've heard good things about Germain Honda so I vowed never to return to another Germain dealer after a very bad experience with Germain Toyota, but I've heard good things about Germain Honda so we decided to visit to check out one vehicle I found online and wound up going home with a similar vehicle. Trent Dixon was our client advisor. He did a fantastic job showing us around. He was able to answer all our questions about the different vehicles that caught our attention. He didn't use any pressure sales tactics and just provided us the relevant and accurate information we need to decide on a vehicle. He took care of us the way every customer should have. He changed our minds about Germain dealers and I'm glad that Germain has made significant changes to customer service. More
