Serif Denizeri was a patient, knowledgeable salesman. He knew the product and was courteous and informative. I wanted to buy Honda because of it's reputation and the dealership was within a few minutes driv knew the product and was courteous and informative. We took a year to make the dcision and Mr. Denizeri was just as pleasant after a year as he had been the first day. I can tell you that we looked at other cars at other dealerships. I was surprised by the lack of product knowledge, lack of cortesy and an inability to LISTEN to the customer at other places. If Mr. Denizeri decided to move to Toyota or Buick we would follow him there. I feel there was a disconnect between the saleman and the finace person, in that i think I ended up paying more than we had originally agreed upon, but aas for the sales part, we are more than satisfied.
