Still have a damaged (NEW) car from them and still unhappy...they did not even get the info on the title the way we wanted it... More

My husband and I were looking to trade in our 2006 Mercedes that was upside down in payments/value. We left with a 2010 Honda Accord 3-year lease, and payments a little less than the Mercedes. Karen went above and beyond helping us make the deal. A couple months later, my husband found a job with AFLAC and needed a car. Back to the Honda dealership we went looking for another deal. Long story short, Karen helped us again find a certified used Accord, a 2007 with about 26,000 miles. Karen and the dealership worked with us on the price and with minimum out of pocket we purchased the Honda. We are very pleased with Karen and Germain Honda. Thanks!!! More
