Serif Denizeri was a patient, knowledgeable salesman. He knew the product and was courteous and informative. I wanted to buy Honda because of it's reputation and the dealership was within a few minutes driv knew the product and was courteous and informative. We took a year to make the dcision and Mr. Denizeri was just as pleasant after a year as he had been the first day. I can tell you that we looked at other cars at other dealerships. I was surprised by the lack of product knowledge, lack of cortesy and an inability to LISTEN to the customer at other places. If Mr. Denizeri decided to move to Toyota or Buick we would follow him there. I feel there was a disconnect between the saleman and the finace person, in that i think I ended up paying more than we had originally agreed upon, but aas for the sales part, we are more than satisfied. We have always known Honda to have excellent quailty cars, so when my PT Cruiser was acting up, it was time for a new vehicle. We park our car and I saw Kemal walking inside the office, he stopped and a cars, so when my PT Cruiser was acting up, it was time for a new vehicle. From that moment, Kemal listen to what we wanted and what we could afford, he never once tried to push us in a direction that we did not feel comfortable with. He made sure to offer everything that Honda had for the vehicle that we were trying to purchase, so we were well aware of everything. The guy that did our financing was excellent also, but I have misplaced his name, sorry! All in all, it was a great experience with Kemal at Honda in Naples Florida.
