I live in Tampa, but had car trouble outside of the Naples area when driving back from Miami. Tony did a great job of helping me out with the problem, one that my home dealership couldn't seem to figur Naples area when driving back from Miami. I was very impressed with the lengths that Tony and his service team went to make sure the problem was solved thoroughly this time, something I can't say for my dealership at home. The attention to detail demonstrated is very impressive. I feel very confident that Germain Honda actually solved the problem with my vehicle, while my home dealership just put a "band-aid" on the situation. Germain also was very generous in providing me a loaner car, knowing I would be driving it all the way back home to Tampa. The courtesy and professionalism shown by Tony and Germain Honda should stand as an example of how all service departments should approach customer service. More

She said YES. 9/6/10 Dalled Teri to set up appointment, but she called in sick. 9/6/10 Anthony identified himself to me as her associate and I could see him 9/6/10 Arrived at dealership, Anthony away to rest room - didn't come back -so- 9/6/10 Mario took me over to the new car sales room and introduced me to Neil, one of the new car managers. 9/6/10 Neil took me to Dan, a sales person. 9/6/10 Dan and I negotiated, then Dan brought Steve another new car manager over to see me. 9/6/10 Steve tried to sell me the Germain comfort package starting at $1700, then reduced to $1000, then said could I help him out for $300.00. He gave me a quote that was unrealistically LOW. I told him I wanted 24 hours to think it over. 9/6/10 My son said DAD did you get the price for a 4WD. 9/6/10 I called Dan and asked if the price was for a 4WD and the response was NO. I THINK THIS WAS MY ERROR BECAUSE I DO NOT RECALL SPECIFICALLY SAYING 4WD. Dan said he would call me back with the price. 9/7/10 I called Dan for a price, but Dan had gone to New Jersey on vacation. So Teri picks up again. 9/7/10 Teri says she will get me a price. Always I am told that the unit has to be on site with the paperwork so the quote can be made. No call back from Teri. 9/7/10 Neil calls me and recognizes that this file is in shambles and takes over. I repeat just what I wanted. 9/7/10 Neil calls me later in the day and tells me that I will have the information the following morning by 10AM. 9/8/10 NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION FROM GERMAIN HONDA 9/9/10 NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION FROM GERMAIN HONDA AT 1010AM. I have contacted two other dealerships and was given a quote in less than 10 minutes. More

Very satisfied with the dealership and my sales person. I wanted a very specific car. They found it and had it delivered to the dealer even before I committed to purchase it. They kept to all of their promises and I feel I got a fair price. All of this without ever feeling pressured. Kemal Denizeri was very attentive yet I never felt pressured. It actually took us a month to find the right car and put the deal together. During this time Kemal kept in touch but was never "too much". I would definitely recommend him if you are in the Naples area looking for a Honda. More

I was made to feel that I was free to take all the time I needed in asking questions and I was given full opportunity to explain what I wished to purchase and the price range that would fit into my budget. I felt like every effort was made to find me the car I wanted to lease at a price I could comfortably afford. The showroom was clean and well lit and the restroom facilities were spotless. I the leasing experience was a pleasure, and when I got home with the car, I felt good about what I had done. More

Never trust these guys-they are only there for the sale and then you are on your own...2010 Honda CRV...messed up my window tint 3 time so far and also scratched my car when the changed the pinstripe which was coming off...still coming off and now is coming off and damaged still...stay away The customer satisfaction manager contacted me after I left feedback...he made promises, but never followed through...like the rest of them. Still have a damaged (NEW) car from them and still unhappy...they did not even get the info on the title the way we wanted it... More
