My experience at Germain Honda has been exceptional. I received courteous service and attention from the moment I entered the showroom door. Both Seref and the Sales Mgr worked closely & quickly with me to arrive at a mutually-agreeable price. They also gave me a fair price for my trade-in (a 2006 Odyssey). The contract signings went very smoothly and all questions that I had were explained very throughly by Mike Snell. Also, Mike was able to beat the low loan rate that I had obtained from our local bank. So we financed our loan through Honda. After we took the car home, we noticed a damaged plastic cover on the rear seat of the vehicle. One call to Honda and I was back in and had the item replaced in about 10 minutes by the Service department (who were very friendly and made the visit pleasant). I will definitely buy another vehicle from Germain Honda in the future and will recommend Germain Honda to my friends. More
I came in for an oil change and met Seref Denizeri, an excellent salesman who walked us through to the new Crosstour car. Well my husband sent me to see about deals on some of the cars and luckily your salesman Seref had a good bit of information in his head. I had a run in with a dud salesman back home in Tennessee and was ho cars and luckily your salesman Seref had a good bit of information in his head. So Seref showed me some different models and told me what gizmos and gadgets each came with. I will be back to get the Honda FCX in a couple days after I tell my husband about it. More
When I visited dealership, he welcomed me right by the door and greeted me very well. I had a few models in my mind and gave me other options and proved the price differences of the vehicle and quality of door and greeted me very well. Seref was very informative about the 2011 Odyssey and was able to point out the changes from our current 2005 Odyssey. The pin striping was very distinctive and looked great.
