Drew Peppe was the best car dealer we have met. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and great to work with. My wife and I had a lot of questions and he answered every one of them in an outstanding ma friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and great to work with. We went through all of the various models and options, went out to the lot and looked over the different models, discussed many of the options and colors and made a selection. The car was ready when promised and Drew took the time to set up several of the audio and navagation settings before we arrived. Then he gave us an orientation on the new car and we were ready to go. Just bought a new Honda Fit from Germain Honda in Naples, FL. It was my first new car. I was nervous and dreading the process of buying a new car. But I had a GREAT experience. Rafael and the rest of the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and best of all, used a "no pressure" sales approach. We went on a lengthy test drive that included highway driving. They gave me a good price from the start and fair value for my trade in. When I told them I wanted to test drive a few other cars at other dealers, they didn't hassle me about leaving and said the prices they had quoted me would be waiting for me if I came back. I was back a few hours later to buy my car. Germain Honda sells cars the way it should be done--professionally, without the high pressure tactics or sleaziness that you find at some other places. The only suprise was a charge of $699.50 for "documtstion fee" which was not mentioned by any one till we were sitting down with the finance mgr. This was a bit upsetting to learn of this charge that late in the buying process. More

From that moment forward we were treated with respect, courtesy, and outstanding customer care. We felt completely at ease as we moved through the sometimes tedious process of leasing a new vehicle. We were given details as to what was going on during every step of the transaction. We met everyone from the parts department and service to the new car manager, general manager, finance manager, as well as our very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough sales person. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for vehicle, and we will definitely work with our sales person again, Dalia Levine-Epstein. More
Brad was on his 2nd week of sales at Germain Honda. Brad took us for a test drive while Neil looked at our trade-in to save time which we really appreciated, as we waited 40 minutes at a different dealership while they evaluated our trade. As for price, I feel if we had "haggled" a little more we may have walked out with a better deal since we purchased a 2010. However we felt the price was very fair and an effort was made to stay within our price range. While we waited for all the paperwork, we actually enjoyed our experience talking with several different people at the dealership. We were between two cars (at two dealerships) which were almost identical in meeting our expectations, and the service at Germain Honda really pushed them over the top to make the sale. More
Visited dealership to purchase part and have service install part on my Odyssey for me. Dewayne worked with me to schedule the service appointment and order the part for Sat his day off, talk with Tony install part on my Odyssey for me. When I came in Saturday, part was there, Tony was ready, car was taken into service on time, I was advised of what was going on while waiting. As car was progressing so quickly, I also asked Tony to do the LOF special which I had a mailer from the dealership, and was still was out in less than 2 hours. I even found out 2 days later they fixed the spoiler that had dropped down from running over parking stops that have rebar sticking out of the tops here in naples for me. Great leadership in service department, customer care oriented. More

He even accompanied us in the 2011 Honda V6 Accord back to our house to make sure that it would fit inhto our garage! all of our questions & more.
