Eliosnel Almeida was my auto salesperson. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and immediately led me to the car I was looking for and eventually bought. He went out with me for a test He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and immediately led me to the car I was looking for and eventually bought. He went out with me for a test drive and showed me all the bells and whistles the car had. I was impressed. I came back the next day with a few more questions and while Eliosnel was not present 2 other salespeople went out of their way to explain other facets of the car I wasn't familiar with. Coincidentally, both were name Luis or Lewis. No one at any time put added pressure on me to purchase, which put me more at ease and relaxed and able to make an intelligent decision. More

Made an appointment for express oil service. When I got there at the required time I was told that there was a 2 hr wait. This is not express.The porter that greeted me was not friendly at all. Came in and just asked if I had appointment said follow me and pointed to t h e floor and said "Wait here until I get back". After waiting a few minutes Jim Walgreen asked if he could help.
