My salesman, Seref Denizeri, was extremely knowlegable but not pushy. The finance manager, Peter Amory, was great- I walked in after 5 Pm on a Friday and he made me feel like I was doing him a favor! I told him he would have to match my bank and he beat their rate by .5%. 60 months at 2.49% was excellent. The Gen. Mgr. Bob Edwards went out of his way to help get me set up with the appropriate towing package for my boat and everything about the transaction was as promised. There really is a relaxed atmosphere at this dealership. Mt business partner purchased his car there last year and told me how great they were- he was right. I've purchased at least 10-11 new cars in the past 35 years and this was my best experience since buying a car in England back in the 70's! More

Going beyond the call of duty I had been looking for over 6 mths and found the car online at 3PM on a Labor Day Friday. Germain Honda is a 2+ hr drive away but we called and Tim & I had been looking for over 6 mths and found the car online at 3PM on a Labor Day Friday. First and most interesting car shopping experience I was very lucky to have the quality and Friendliness of Gloria and the other members of the Germain team. I was having a lot of difficult obtaining money after an accident and Gloria was able to to obtain a car even before I had the actually reimbursement check from the Auto Insurance Company. Even after the insurance company was late, Gloria made sure I was able to keep the car until I could obtain the check. The team here at Germain was entirely welcoming and I would highly recommend coming back for any vehicle purchase because of the willingness and over all the professionalism that the Germain team upheld.
