We took it to Germain Honda and they were more than willing to help us. We showed them the work that needed to be completed that was given to us from another dealership (which by the way told us that we couldn't have the work until 5 days later) and got us right in the very next day. At the end of the next day the work was complete and we were on our way. The service manager was so personable. He made sure that we were happy and provided exceptional customer service. Thank you!! Seref came up with some logic and numbers which convinced me to go with the 2015 model. Our first contact came via a phone call from Seref which quickly resulted in an appointment for the next day. On arrival, the vehicle was parked out front and we were greeted inside by Seref, who explained all of the benefits that would come with this purchase. All of the personnel we dealt with were polite, friendly and not pushy. I apologize for not remembering all of their names. We appreciated Seref's patience as we waffled on the color choice several times. Although having had another vehicle serviced here in the past, this was our first vehicle purchase from Germain. Much to my surprise, we were able to take the vehicle home the very same day. Overall, an excellent experience and I would do it every day if it didn't involve money. Germain Honda certainly has my endorsement. More

He took the right amount of time to explain things with the car, as well as answering any questions. I just felt he was honest and cared about if I was truly happy with the car. He seems to be an incredibly patient person. I did not feel the pressure of the sales pitch like I did with another dealer over in Miami. Needless to say I am extremely happy I chose Germain. One last thought, Peter, the finance manager, was very helpful in explaining finance options and helped me obtain a fantastic finance rate. I could not have made this purchase without his guidance and expertise. I believe this is the start of a long term relationship with this dealer. Highly recommended to others. More

I recently took ownership of my 3rd vehicle from Germain Honda, two of were Honda Civic SIs and the new vehicle being a Honda Accord Sport. I've always submitted my initial inquiry online, in which I can say their response time was consistently excellent, within just a few hours. Without question, their follow up up was better than any other local dealerships. On one occasion, a dealership contacted me four or five days after the inquiry, ironically, I was driving my new car from Germain. My last visit replicated such of previous experiences. They were informed of what I wanted when I showed up, even had the vehicle up front that I was considering. Mr. Pajser politely greeted me upon arrival and let me know that they were waiting for me. Although it was apparent he was relatively new to car sales, his quality customer service and eagerness to assist was apparent. Most of my detailed negotiation involved Mr. Hartmann. We cordially discussed several vehicle options and corresponding price points. Although, it was unfortunate to not take delivery of my preferred vehicle (solely due to my budget) , we were able to work together and find an excellent alternative. I would like to personally recognize Mr. Hartmann to his dedication to customer service as well as being an excellent ambassador of your team. Furthermore, I had the fortune of working with Mr. Amory on the contract. All paperwork was prepared correctly and was quite simply, an efficient process. Lastly, the service evaluation. The staff is friendly, but could be more directive. Several times I've been in line waiting without any acknowledgement. Often times I wondered if I'm in the wrong area or if I should approach the staff. Remedy would be a quick inquiry and direction upon arrival. Overall, my satisfaction with the Germain Team is positive. I would most certainly recommend friends and family to strongly consider them in their next vehicle decision. More

Severe disappointment with their pricing behavior I'd like to be clear that the second portion of this review is in no way a reflection on Derek Hall, the sale consultant who helped me on the day I pu I'd like to be clear that the second portion of this review is in no way a reflection on Derek Hall, the sale consultant who helped me on the day I purchased the car. He was courteous and as helpful as he could be. Unfortunately, Derek's kind service stood in contrast to what I regard as deceptive pricing practices. I reached out to Germain via the internet to secure a quote. The number they responded with corresponded to the low-end of the Kelly Blue Book range for fair market value on the model I wanted. This seemed a fair price to me and consistent with what I'd seen at other dealers who weren't as conveniently located. Unfortunately, when I went in to complete the transaction, I was shown a completely different price, including an extra $1,500 for add-ons that had already been installed by Germain. When I inquired about waiting to purchase another car before those extras were installed, I was informed that this was not possible, and that the items are installed as part of their standard sales prep process. When I complained about this during the negotiation for the car, I was informed that the internet sales team intentionally quotes this way so as to entice buyers into the dealership, knowing full well that the quoted price has nothing to do with the actual price at which the vehicle is offered. I spent hours at the dealer negotiating my way back to what I expected to pay going in. I can appreciate that with new availability of pricing information to consumers it must be harder for dealers to make a margin on new cars. That having been said, deceptive practices like this are not the way to recover that margin. This experience assures that I would not purchase from, or service my car at, Germain in the future. More
