Great Dealer We went to the dealer to look at the 2015 CR-V after reading about it in the newspaper. The salesman greeted us and after showing us a CR-V, asked if We went to the dealer to look at the 2015 CR-V after reading about it in the newspaper. The salesman greeted us and after showing us a CR-V, asked if we would like to take a test drive. We were hesitant, but after looking at the CR-V we decided that we would like to take a test drive. We took the test drive and were impressed with the CRV. There was no pressure from the salesman to go further, he simply asked if we would like to get more information. We decided to get a have our car appraised and look at the CR-V pricing. Still no pressure on us to buy. After getting the information and being greeted by the sales manager we went home. We called the salesman the following morning at 9 am and within a few minutes the deal was closed and we were told that we could pick up the CR-V later in the morning. We went to the dealership at 11:30 am to sign the paperwork. The person from finance explained all of the documents that we signed and presented additional extended warranty options; again no pressure to buy. After completion of the paperwork and a hello from the sales manager, the salesman took us to our spotless new CR-V and explained in great detail all of the features and how to used them. He even paired one of our cell phones. The entire experience was a pleasure. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and we were never under any pressure to buy the car. We highly recommend this dealer. More

Warranty Work - Piston Rings While traveling from St. Louis, MO to Naples, FL we discovered our check engine was on in our Honda Odyssey. We took it to Germain Honda and they were more than willing to help us. We showed them the work that needed to be completed that was given to us from another dealership (which by the way told us that we couldn't have the work until 5 days later) and got us right in the very next day. At the end of the next day the work was complete and we were on our way. The service manager was so personable. He made sure that we were happy and provided exceptional customer service. Thank you!!
