Fast and thorough Kelly was our agent there at the dealership! Questioned reason for service and explained what they were going to do! Turns were bearing replacement. She explained that the next check up we should consider replacing them! Instead of waiting in the lounge I decided to go to the showroom and get some information in case that I ever wanted to trade my car for something new. I was immediately approached by a very friendly sales rep Dalia Epstein. After a couple of hours of talking to her and taking a ride with her on a Honda Fit (I had my heart set on this little car), I ended up trading my Element right there. Dalia was extremely helpful and she spent a lot of time with me in the course of two days, until I finally picked up my new car. She made it all very pleasant and easy. I love my new car and in Dalia I have a new friend. More

I called last minute to make an appointment for the I wanted to take a minute and let you know how impressed I was by Chris Martin & Nancy Guilmette. I called last minute to make an appointment for the same day because I had to go out of town unexpectedly and my Oil Life was at 5%. They were able to squeeze me in the same day and I took my lunch break to get it done. When I arrived I explained to Chris that I was on lunch and was asking how long it would take. He said he would do his very best to get me in and out so I wasn't late returning to work. He kept his promise and got me in and out very quickly despite a full waiting room full of clients. When I went to pay, I mentioned to Nancy that this was my lunch break and would need to head back to work right away. She was concerned that I didn't eat anything for lunch and went in back and got me snacks to choose from so I had something to eat. I thought this gesture was above and beyond what you could expect from a dealership and the service dept. She truly made me feel special and made me feel like part of the family. Afte this experience , I feel like a have a true relationship with Chris and Nancy and Germain Honda is part of my family. I have bought several cars from this dealership over the years and will continue to refer business to them. More
