Naples is about four hours away from where I am, so Tim said he would pull the car around back so it would be waiting for me to see. As far as sales go, I highly recommend Tim. Things have changed for the better! We had been so turned off by our previous purchases that we swore we would never buy there again. Well, we took our old Honda in for service and while there thought "let's just peek at the new Odyssey's" Well! along came Seref, he changed our whole idea about purchasing a new Odyssey van. There was no pressure, slight of hand, sleepy wheeling' and dealing' feeling. Sheriff was very helpful, fun and seemed on the up and up, so much so that we ended up buying a new car and the experience was wonderful! And he got it all taken care of so that there was no sitting there for hours going back and forth. We feel that we got a fair deal and I am sure they are comfortable too. A win-win. Everybody happy. Neither one of us came in looking to buy or lease a car. We sat down with him. Super friendly and better than that, not a pushy salesman. He took interest in us as people first. My mom ended up getting a leased Honda CRV. Then came me. He worked very hard to get me a car. I had no credit except from six years ago. T.R. Worked so hard on this. He felt more like a friend, to both my mom and I. I never once felt pressured. He was funny, nice ,sweet and took his job very seriously. We are both so happy with our Honda's. I have a big mouth and I am sure I will be letting people know what a reputable place Germain Honda is. Without T.R Smith I am sure I would not have a new car, nor would my mom. He is awesome. I know I rated him the highest. Can I times it by 2. Since we both got a car. He deserves it. He sold 2 cars to us, when all we wanted was to find out about the prizes. He is amazing.
