The next day when the car was ready; she and her assistant came to my shop to drop the car off so I wouldn't have to go get it. Awesome service, Michelle, Mike, and all the staff at Germain Honda!!! I figured purchasing a car from Naples might have been a good idea, but living in Miami caused problems. I unfortunately did not look at the trunk well, and after getting home the same day of purchase and a rainy day, I realized water was getting in the truck. The jack was all rusted, so this was not a recent problem. I was told to come back on a Saturday, and when I came in they told me Saturday was not a good day, there was miscommunication with the service person and the sales person, then they told me I could of done it in Miami. Point being I wasted time and gas because of their miscommunication. I got the car fixed, but I still have a rusted jack. There was a problem with the drivers visor, I put it down and it would not go back. I took a look at it, and a piece was broken, only way to leave it up again was to push it back in, it seems it was pushed in and left that way without getting fixed, and now I'm left to fix it when it was already messed up. Also the headliner started dropping within a couple of weeks, I have purchased other cars before, and I have never had that problem. It doesn't seem right that it started dropping so quickly, especially when the car isn't left in the sun much. I told them about the problem, and just recommended to go pay to fix it. There was no car manual either. If you plan to purchase from this dealership, make sure to triple check the car, or you will end up with minor problems to fix for yourself. The customer service was great at first, but I would of definitely done some things differently. More

Lee Glesmer consistently kept us updated on the status of our 2004 Pilot that was in the shop for a number of necessary repairs. Lee's communication skills are key to a great service department ( not to mention his ever present smile ! ) and everyone there is so accommodating and friendly ! We knew "our baby" was in good hands as we proceeded to purchase a 2016 Pilot from Germain knowing we would be treated right ! More

I have always owned a Honda vehicle since 1976 and continued that tradition this week when my husband and I purchased a 2016 Pilot EXL with the help I have always owned a Honda vehicle since 1976 and continued that tradition this week when my husband and I purchased a 2016 Pilot EXL with the help of salesman Anthony Leli ! The process went smooth with Anthony steering us in the right direction, answering our questions, and accommodating all of our request . Excellent customer service. Bought a very nice 2013 Honda Civic LX. Only had 15,000 miles on it. Never purchased from a dealership before, but I know what good costumer servi Bought a very nice 2013 Honda Civic LX. Only had 15,000 miles on it. Never purchased from a dealership before, but I know what good costumer service is, and from "Tim", I received the best. We negotiated pretty tough, and Tim proceeded to go out of his way quite relentlessly to make my purchase and experience better, even "after" I had purchased the car. This includes things like making sure that gas and other fluids in the car where full, having it freshly waxed and detailed, insisting that I get a free removable "trunk tray", and checking the back stock daily until he found one. He also made sure a new spare key "with an integrated remote" was made for me quite promptly. The trunk tray has already come in handy as I can carry jagged cargo, spare water, and gas without having to worry about any damage to the interior. This car is now literally getting me an " in city avg." of 31mpg, I cant wait to see what it does on the highway. Tim also seemed to notice that I keep myself well hydrated (as i carry a water bottle pretty much everywhere) and always offers me cold bottled water every time I come in, he's a real cool guy and its always great to meet someone like him. They also have a well stocked waiting room at the service center, everything is always clean, and I find it very relaxing. As far as price goes. I see allot of complaints about that topic on pretty much every dealership's review board, but guess what, cars are expensive, just buy and use them wisely. We checked other dealerships, including some in fort Myers and couldn't find anything that would have turned out much better than this. If you have even close to respectable finances you can get a good price here, it would have taken allot of waiting and extra work on my part to get a little bit of a better deal from out of town, and the car might not have been as good. More

The sales man gave me options, never spent time driving or looking at the new model, he didnt seem like he wanted to make a sale. The next day I drove to to Naples. The 35 mile drive was worth it. John MDonald had assisted me, previewed the options, test drove and made me feel like I was the customer, he needed me not the reverse. I purchased a 2015 honda CRV the same day. I did not feel like a # as I did in my past years purchasing a Honda. The purchase was quick and John focused on my being comfortable during the process. John in finance was very personable too. I did my homework before I started shopping, knew what I wanted, and just had to choose who would gain my business. More
