What a wonder, genuine women and made buying a car a hassle free. I would recommend to everyone who wants a genuine caring car sales person to ask for Dalia Epstein. She goes above and beyond for the clients and has their best interest in doing so. A little history we bough a new car with 13 miles and the low tire pressure was on. Since we bought the car late Tuesday evening 1 week ago today. We brought it back on Wednesday to get it fixed. It was pretty simple and hardly any wait time.as well. So on Thursday the low tire pressure came on again. So Friday morning I brought it back. Told this it was the 2nd time in 1 week. I was told by the service team that a nail in the left tire was the issue, and it would cost $25.00 to repair. I was not happy about that but was told due to a nail it was my fault. I feel they should have fixed it since obviously there were issues before hand, and it was the nail causing the issue most likely when we bought the car. However, I feel Honda should of taken car if the issue at no cost, especially since I just bought the car. But that was not the case. I love the car and I have no issues with the low tore pressure now. I would recommend anyone to buy Honda and go see Dalia Epstein for their new car sales. The Weidemans More

We worked with Calvin and he is the nicest, kindest, and by far the best car salesman I have ever encountered. He worked hard when we purchased the car to expedite things and knew the exact right car to meet her needs. He spent a lot of time and energy making everything work out. After the purchase he made xxu phone calls to my daughter to make sure she was satisfied and didn't have any problems. He also went above and beyond when my daughter experienced an issue with the car. He has gone out of his way to be of service, even when it was inconvenient for him. My daughter has recently been diagnosed with a chronic illness and although he didn't know this, he took care of everything she needed in a timely, efficient manner. He was so wonderful! Stellar Experience I found an amazing used Odyssey late on a Saturday night and emailed the dealership on Auto Trader; Michelle; emailed me later that night and kept in I found an amazing used Odyssey late on a Saturday night and emailed the dealership on Auto Trader; Michelle; emailed me later that night and kept in touch with me until Monday when I test drove the car; She and her staff stayed late working on my deal even installing a DVD player to make me happy. The next day when the car was ready; she and her assistant came to my shop to drop the car off so I wouldn't have to go get it. Awesome service, Michelle, Mike, and all the staff at Germain Honda!!! Small problems happening after I drove out. The customer service was great, but the way things were handled when I had a problem with the car within days not so much. I figured purchasing a car from Naples might have been a good idea, but living in Miami caused problems. I unfortunately did not look at the trunk well, and after getting home the same day of purchase and a rainy day, I realized water was getting in the truck. The jack was all rusted, so this was not a recent problem. I was told to come back on a Saturday, and when I came in they told me Saturday was not a good day, there was miscommunication with the service person and the sales person, then they told me I could of done it in Miami. Point being I wasted time and gas because of their miscommunication. I got the car fixed, but I still have a rusted jack. There was a problem with the drivers visor, I put it down and it would not go back. I took a look at it, and a piece was broken, only way to leave it up again was to push it back in, it seems it was pushed in and left that way without getting fixed, and now I'm left to fix it when it was already messed up. Also the headliner started dropping within a couple of weeks, I have purchased other cars before, and I have never had that problem. It doesn't seem right that it started dropping so quickly, especially when the car isn't left in the sun much. I told them about the problem, and just recommended to go pay to fix it. There was no car manual either. If you plan to purchase from this dealership, make sure to triple check the car, or you will end up with minor problems to fix for yourself. The customer service was great at first, but I would of definitely done some things differently. More
