Great sales experience. financial not so much I traded a 2013 Honda CR-V for a2014 Honda odessey. The deal favored the dealer. I offered a deal expecting more trade in value for the CRV. I paid about a $1,000 more than I expected. You pay more for a certified vehicle. Meeting with a finance guy who try's to upswell additional coverage was very irritating. Certified covers the power train up to 100000 miles or 7 years I was unaware. Anything electronic that craps out is not covered. The odessey is aswarm of electronics. $1293 later i got the electronics covered. Felt misled More

Dealer ok but should have disclosed class action lawsuits I purchase a 2015 cr-v in August. It has the vibration problem and will go back to the dealer for a fix. While I am sure that the dealer will attempt to correct the problems, they should be making buyers aware of documented problems. More
