However, two items had been overlooked, namely a taped on side molding below the door and bad brake pads ( about 1,000 more miles to go ). Upon our request, the dealership replaced the molding free of charge but the pads came out of our pocket ( $320 ). Tim was very pleasant and helpful and did not know about these deficiencies. Once informed about the molding, Tim took care of the repair. He was also very, very patient with our toddler granddaughter. More

I had an excellent experience throughout the buying process, from the time I expressed interest in the vehicle via email to the time I drove off the lot. Tim Stack was the Pre-Owned Advisor (sales guy) that I worked with, and he was fantastic. Tim's communication was thorough, informed and professional. I'm from Fort Lauderdale and had to drive to Naples to buy the CR-V. Tim made my partner and I feel comfortable, he had a great sense of humor, he knew the vehicle very well, and he guided us through the entire process with a smile. Great guy. He never pressured us or tried to talk me into something I did not want. After establishing that I would by the car, Tim introduced my partner and i to Freddy Sturman, the Business Manager (finance guy) to conduct the transaction and sign paperwork. Again, Freddy was also an amiable guy who made my partner and I feel very comfortable. He was not overly pushy, he was quite patient, and we even shared a few laughs. Lastly, Tim's manager Mike was great too. The main reason I felt comfortable buying this vehicle is because I had read Germain Honda's online reviews from various sites like Yelp. Across all the sites, they were consistently great and well-above-average for a car dealership. Now I know why. I highly recommend Germain Honda, and can't thank them enough. I love my new CR-V! Sidenotes: I financed my car loan with an online bank prior to coming into Germain Honda, I did not have a vehicle to trade-in because I had previously sold it on eBay, and I purchased an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty with the CR-V at Germain Honda. Honesty with dedication to assist out-of-state buyers After I searched the web for Used Honda Car Sales in the area where our daughter attends university, I found a great price (with detailed photos and i After I searched the web for Used Honda Car Sales in the area where our daughter attends university, I found a great price (with detailed photos and information) in Germain Honda of Naples, FL I emailed the dealership and got immediate reply from Tim Stack. I coordinated with our daughter and Tim, a test drive, with a trusted classmate who has a mechanical knowledge of cars. Tim Stack, assisted by Armand Lopes, helped out our daughter and her university friend/student, with the test drive of 2 cars. Being college students, they had only a limited time to do this. The 2 young adults really liked the test drive of the 2005 Honda Civic LX. As parents, we were able to review with Tim the free CARFAX provided by the dealership. My husband was able to confirm with the local Automotive Service owner the mileage and it's single-owner history. Tim arranged with the manager to honor the web price I originally discovered online. I appreciate this and his respectful treatment of me (the wife) as the family finance manager. He originally addressed my husband in the email but when I informed him about my duty to manage all the transactions for our daughter's first car, Tim replied honorably. He was constantly communicating with me all the details of the transactions by text or phone and/or email. The next process of preparing all the necessary paper work were handled by Tim Stack & Armand Lopes, while communicating all these with us, parents, who are living in CA. They helped us understand Florida registration and insurance requirements when they found out that the CA requirements for registration and insurance cannot be fulfilled with our daughter's situation (studying and working in Naples, FL). She needs the car in FL and not in CA. . After arranging with AAA, FL office through the help of our local CA AAA office, I was able to cover our daughter with a year of car insurance. All the paper work were coordinated well between AAA (Mr. John Lee) and Germain Honda's office. Thanks to Tim's honest dedication to help us and our daughter, we were able to finalize the transaction and our daughter picked up her first car from the dealership on the day and time (just 3 days ago) that is convenient for her and her friend. Our daughter told us that she likes how the Honda drives--handling so smoothly. Today, she used the car to drive for her interview and audition (organ, for Music Director position) at Leheigh, FL. The pastor was so impressed with her performance that he gave the job to her right away. All in the family are so happy for her (I feel relieved that she can replenish the funds we used to buy the car, to put money back toward her next semester's tuition, board & lodging). I just have to text Tim, to share the great news. He was very happy for our daughter and gave me the name of Armand who helped with our transaction. I told him that he is doing an important job and he truly helped our family with our first out-of-state used car purchase for our daughter who studies in FL. I am truly grateful that we have been blessed with salesmen (Tim and Armand) who are honest and dedicated in their job.Our minds are at ease, knowing that Germain Honda has certified this used Honda Civic LX and our daughter will have a dependable car for her Music Director job during her senior year in college.
