Exceptional beyond belief! I brought my wife's 2010 Odyssey van in to have it checked over and a new key made. I was a little concerned that I might not get great service becaus I brought my wife's 2010 Odyssey van in to have it checked over and a new key made. I was a little concerned that I might not get great service because I purchased the van at another dealer, (we had a NOT so exceptional experience there and that's why I brought it to Germain Honda to make sure I was sold a solid vehicle). To my complete surprise from the second I dropped it off to the moment I picked it up the ENTIRE staff at Germain Honda treated me as family!!!!!!! Lee who greeted me and helped me get checked in was awesome and super helpful with the loaner car. Don Hutlin was amazing kind, courteous, understanding and accommodating!! I thought that for being the service manager (whom I never even met at the other dealer) he was very hands on and wanted to make sure my families van was taken care of right! Which as a parent means a lot to know that a service center cares just as much for my children's safety as their own. Don followed up with me through out the day, which is something 99.9% of the time would never happen anywhere else. When I picked up my van which was in great shape and ten times cleaner than when I dropped it off, Henry was there waiting for me and ready to answer all my questions. And Jon in parts had my new key ready just as he had promised (which the other dealer never supplied me with a 2nd key). Like I said all the way to the moment I left the store including Karin the cashier every one treated me exceptionally great!! I truly have never had a better service experience and will be bringing my van back to Germain and only Germain for any future needs!! Thank you Don and the whole team at Germain Honda! More
Best experience ever as a customer at a Car Dealer!!!! Since our first visit as potential customers to Germain Honda we felt the difference compared to approximately a dozen dealers we had already visited Since our first visit as potential customers to Germain Honda we felt the difference compared to approximately a dozen dealers we had already visited in the last month (local and in near cities). They worked as a real team and most importantly they did all that was possible to help us get the best car that would meet our family needs, budget, etc. From the first employee my husband met, Tim Stack (who followed through out the whole process), Gerard (who showed us the vehicle and rode a couple of them with us), Catherine helping/assisting with all the paperwork and questions and also with a couple of kids who otherwise had been really bored and in a bad mood after spending half of their day there. Monceny was super helpful in getting us the loan and explained every step to us, offering some financial advices. We even got to meet Mike, the Manager, who is a great person too. We felt that all of them had a main interest in common: not just to sell a vehicle to a customer (which obviously is the reason why they work there) but to help a family get one, the right one. The overall service was excellent and exceeded our expectations, which made of this visit a positive experience. We'd certainly recommend this place to all our family and friends, no doubt about it!!!!! More

The Best Honda dealer in SW Florida. After being angered by Honda Ft Myers in 2004, got a great deal in Naples at Germain. 12 years later, went to the new Coconut Point Honda and had the After being angered by Honda Ft Myers in 2004, got a great deal in Naples at Germain. 12 years later, went to the new Coconut Point Honda and had the worst car buying experience I ever had (HUGE bait and switch tactics) so returned to Germain Honda in Naples. The service was top-notch in all ways. It started with online questions and offers. Joe Smith was courteous and was quick to offer to remove the extra features on the car that I didn't want. When I was satisfied with that, I visited the dealership and James Long set me up with Wayne Weis who also helped remove the features I didn't want. This was after the service folks had left for the day and Wayne removed the wheel locks on his own. We agreed on the price and came close enough on my trade in that I agreed. When it came time to get into the car, Wayne helped set up the electronics and synch the bluetooth with my phone and went through a LOT of the features on the entertainment menus and other features. Even though it was after closing time, he stayed with me for another half hour to make sure I knew what I needed. The next morning he called me at work to see if I had any questions. So all around, head and shoulders above the other Honda dealers in south west Florida. The only thing that was sort of annoying was sitting through the pitch for extended warranties. Randy finally took "no" for an answer, but I got the feeling he was required to give the push the product a certain number of times before letting it go. More

David was patient, listening to our needs and concerns. He showed us several models of the CRV . He helped us find the model we were comfortable with then and continue to be now at a very reasonable price. David didn't rush us for a decision and spent all the time with us that we needed. Throughout the entire experience David remained cordial, professional and sincerely accommodating. We would definitely recommend him to family and friends. David quickly responded to several questions we had even after our purchase. More
