I had been to five other dealerships prior to going to Germain and I was feeling very frustrated. I was very impressed by the work ethic and 5 star treatment while buying a vehicle at Germain. John and Mike made me feel like I was their only customer. They treated me with great respect even though I had a limited budget, and were willing to work with me to get the car that I wanted. I can absolutely guarantee that I will never go to another dealership again as long as John and Mike are at Germain. More
