My California daughter, 58, and I wanted her to tell us a lot about the HRV. Karen allowed my daughter to take an HRV for a drive near the dealership. Karen rode in the passenger seat next to Lisa. Karen had told us a lot about the HRV before our short drive. She answered ALL of our questions in a very professional way and was very cordial also. We trusted her 100%! It is obvious that she knows this fairly new model well. We were most appreciative of her knowledge and her willingness to spend some time with us. I assured her of how grateful we were. I will always buy my Hondas from Karen or lease them. My lease of my Honda Accord will be up in November of 2017 and I will make an appointment in September to prepare for my next acquisition. I will sing her praised far and wide here in Naples, FL. More

She is not just interested in "closing the deal" - she makes the customer feel like "family". She wants you to be happy with your purchase and she takes her job very seriously. The last time I purchased a vehicle from this dealership was approximately 2 weeks ago. There was a small issues that was addressed by one of the sales managers by the name of James Long. Mr. Long was a true professional and was only interested in making the "customer satisfied". Mr. Long was a gentleman and a man of his word. The minor issue was fixed to my satisfaction. In my opinion, they are not your everyday car dealership, Mr. Long and Ms. Attewell know what the true meaning of customer satisfaction really means. They are a true asset to Germain Honda.
